Seplat has announced that the shares of the Company directly and indirectly held by the Chairman of the Company, Dr. Ambrosie Bryant Chukwueloka Orjiako, has reduced to 47,251,325 Ordinary Shares or 8.39% of the Company’s Issued Share Capital. The reduction followed the sale of a portion of the shares owned by Shebah Petroleum Development Company Limited in connection with the collateral agreement granted by Shebah to Zenith Bank Plc. Shebah is controlled by Dr. A.B.C. Orjiako and members of his family.
