FORTIS MICROFINANCE BANK PLC – Resignation and Appointment of MD

Fortis Microfinance Bank Plc has notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange of the resignation of Mr. Kunle Oketikun as the Managing Director of the Bank with effect from 30^th November, 2015. The Bank stated that Mr. Oketikun was still a director and shareholder of the Bank.

Consequently, the Board of Directors of the Bank has appointed the Executive Director, Business Development, Mr. Ugochukwu M. Ezeh, to succeed Mr. Oketikun in an Acting capacity pending the appointment of a substantive Managing Director.
