Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc has notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange of the appointment of Mr. Kayode Tolulope Oluwasegun-Ojo as an Executive Director to function as its Deputy Group Managing Director effective 23rd November, 2015.
Mr. Oluwasegun-Ojo is a known Change Management Expert whose experience to date covers Audit, Assurance, Banking, and Aviation industries. He is an alumnus of Obafemi Awolowo University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in 1985. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993 and was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, while he became a Fellow of the Institute in 2012. Prior to this appointment, he was the Managing Director of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc between 2011 and 2014 when he resigned to pursue his passion for organizational and people development through executive coaching, mentoring and public speaking.
