NSL Capital Partners Limited (“NCAP”/”the Company”) was incorporated on 21st February, 2014 to anchor the Issuing House License of its Parent Company, Nigerian Stockbrokers Limited (NSL).

Following the indigenisation exercise, the interest of FHNL was transferred to some Nigerian citizens and association. NSL was registered in Nigeria as a private limited company in 1968. It obtained its Dealing License on 2nd May, 1961 and thereby became the first registered Dealing Member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). Today, NSL had grown from a Stockbroking firm with a single license to a firm with multiple licenses and activities covering the following areas:
